Hello All Saints, Please see the September financial results below. My submission is late due to adjusting to some unexpected events in my personal life which seem to be the norm this year. In the words of my favorite Tony Bennett song written by Carolyn Leigh, “The Best Is Yet To Come”..right? The unexpected is the time that I need to pray to have faith in God’s plan for my life and not try to rush His agenda. One thing that has been consistent during All Saints’ unexpected transition is your support for All Saints and waiting for God’s plan to unfold. September was an eye-opening, double checking, off the records amazing month for the church finances. Pledges were $8,101.66 over budget and YTD $22,125.03 over budget. We also received a very generous one-time stock gift reflected in the total purposed income, causing it to be $16,788.59 over budget for the month. Thank you to our All Saints family who may not live close to us physically but are still in our hearts and continue to give generously to the church. We miss you, we pray for you, and we are grateful for your continued support of All Saints. Operating expenses were $11,019.75 under budget this month due to the timing of the supply priest expenses and not having a full-time rector. Bottom line, All Saints had a surplus (more incoming cash that out-going cash) of $26,801.92 in September and YTD of $31,178.72. This surplus will help to fund the potential deficit we will see in 2020 when we have Father Christopher with us. The words Thank You are not enough to express the gratitude I feel towards our All Saints family. We came together over the past year and committed ourselves to give our time, talents, and treasure to keeping the All Saints mission alive. Thank you to the Vestry, Staff, and Members who share a common belief that God is working through All Saints. Alicia Thornton Bayambang Comments are closed.
