 #AdventWord: For those seeking a new way to explore and experience Advent this year, consider checking out #AdventWord, a global, online calendar. Meditations and images will be offered daily through Virginia Theological Seminary each day beginning Sunday, Dec. 1. These can be found through email, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and American Sign Language videos on YouTube. This year, meditations will be offered in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole.
St. Nicholas Gifts: Thank you so much to everyone who contributed gifts for our annual St. Nicholas visit. All gifts are being donated to Harbor House domestic abuse shelter in Appleton. Your generosity is greatly appreciated! Kids’ Day In: Kids ages 4-11 are welcome to Kemper Hall from 1:00-4:00pm. Students in grades 6-12 & adult leaders are needed to assist with the festivities for the day. Also this year, Youth Choir will meet from 1:00-2:00pm with the adult choir in the church then join the event after. Non-choir students will have activities going during that time. While there is no cost to attend, all must sign-up. CLICK HERE to save your spot either as a participant or a volunteer! Youth Group Adults Needed: We need assistance with Youth Group from 6:30-8:00pm on both December 15 & December 22 to finish out the 2019 calendar year. Thank you! || For those interested in helping out in 2020, we will be moving our gathering times (see announcement below). Youth Group Gathering Change! Youth Group (open to those in grades 5-12) will be moving to Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:00pm beginning on Wednesday, January 8. This move is following conversations with families and survey feedback from parents. Certain weekend/Sunday events at All Saints, with other churches, diocesan events, and so forth will still be offered. Thank you to parents & Fr. Christopher for offering your time and insights! No Sunday School or Youth Group on Sunday, December 29th due to Winter Break.
