As August continues on, summer events at All Saints are wrapping up, and we’re looking ahead to the 2019-2020 school year. Here’s what’s coming up for All Saints parishioners & families: Family Fun Nights: Join us TONIGHT from 5:30-7:30pm at All Saints for our fourth and final Family Fun Night! We will gather in Kemper Hall for dinner and to ask God’s blessings for our students and educators as they prepare for the coming school year. All ages are welcome! Cool Drinks & Coloring: Join us during the Appleton Farmer’s Market! We’re in need of a couple of families and/or parishioners to help from 9:00am-12:00pm on Saturday, August 31 and/or Saturday, September 14. Sign-up on the bulletin board by the server schedule, or you may contact Emily in the Parish Office. This outreach opportunity is a great way to greet people in our communities, and it’s a fairly simple way to talk with folks about All Saints. This is also a great way to talk about the upcoming revival in October with Presiding Bishop Michael Curry! Check out the Way of Love Revival Preparation Prayer to continue praying for our diocese as preparations continue! Sept. 8: Sunday School and Youth Group gatherings resume. Parents should bring completed registration forms with to the Undercroft/Sunday School area from 9:00-9:50am. Youth Group will meet in the Youth Room from 6:30-8:00pm. CLICK HERE for working calendars for each of the classes (subject to change). **Please note we are currently discerning the best way to serve students in grades 6-12 during the Sunday School hour. An announcement about offerings for this age group will be made the first week of September, prior to the start of classes.** Youth Choir: The Youth Choir will be returning for the 2019-2020 school year, once again under the direction of Heidi & Ian Bates! It is open to students ages 4 and up, and the rehearsal schedule may be found on the new Youth Choir page of the All Saints Youth Ministry website. If you’re interested in learning more about this offering for your student(s), please contact Heidi Bates. The first rehearsal will take place Sunday, Sept. 22 from 9:00-9:50am in Kemper Hall.
